Apple cider vinegar?

Has anyone tried this method to loose weight? Thoughts and opinions please!

You can drink it diluted with a straw to protect your teeth.
I actually have a tablespoon of ACV in my morning smoothie with:
-Fizzy orange flavour vitamin tablet dissolved in 1/2 cup water
-1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
-tablespoon of ground flax
-tablespoon chia seed
-two heaping tablespoons of Greek yoghurt 
-small handful of ice
-handful of spinach
-a splash of almond milk to desired thickness 
(Measurements are approximate)
You won't taste the apple cider vinegar 
I've lost 18 pounds in three weeks by using ACV and portion control, gym 3 times a week. I avoid eating to late in the evening/close to bed. I don't count calories, I just listen to my hunger cues and I drink SO MUCH WATER :) dehydration can mimic hunger

I was drinking ACV for about a month and then I got pregnant. ( we weren't preventing) but during that month I lost 3 lbs. Not sure if it was the pregnancy or the ACV. My brother was drinking it as well and changed his diet and he lost 5lbs in a month. you should try it. we took a shot before each meal. so 3x a day. It was a regular shot glass. Absolutely disgusting but worth it.

it didn't work for me. really all it is determination. I lost 86 pounds with no bullshit. just cut thee sugar out of your diet and you'll drop 10 pounds that first month, after that you need to cut back on simple carbs and eat complex carbs. you can try it is you like though, just did not work for me!

My bf and I used it previously. We’d put one tablespoon in 8 oz of cold water and drink it first thing in the morning. It’s hard to get down at first, but I got used to it and I noticed I was less hungry throughout the day, which definitely helped with the weight loss. Not exactly sure how it works in boosting metabolism, but it’s definitely an appetite suppressant!!

I have never used it for weight loss but I drink it when I feel a cold coming on and it works like a charm every time! Just be careful because the acidity in it can eat away at your teeth!
