I've gotten light headed twice today, one time I actually thought I was going to faint! Is this normal?

Yes. It happened to me a few times before I knew I was preggo. Just thought I was sick or hungry or something. I notice now that if I eat often enough I don’t get that feeling as much at all.

Being light headed is common. But I would still tell your doctor as they may want to make sure you’re not anemic.
