I’m willing to try anything and I want to know what is safe and unsafe. I’m so tired but cannot sleep

Benadryl and unison are safe. I was scared to take them as this is my rainbow baby but not sleeping was literally making me so miserable and I was so tired all the time. My midwife assured me it was fine. I’d take a Benadryl nights before I knew I needed to be ‘on’ the next day. The bonus is antihistamines like Benadryl apparently help with nausea. I’d noticed I felt less nauseous the days after I took Benadryl. Good luck!
