7 month of is so picky with food

My little man recently turned 7 months old he is so picky with his food. My health visitor told me I should start giving him food that is more chunky but everytime he has it he ends up vomiting. He only like food that have fruit in it. I won’t give him meat or fish until he his one and a half year old. Apparently I need to give him vegetables as well otherwise he won’t develop properly but he is crawling already. I don’t think he has any development issues.
