Oct. I started spotting 2 days early before my period was due. normally I cramp to the point I am in tears. I didn't cramp at all. I didn't start the month of November which I was supposed to start on the 22. I am currently 14 DPO and 39 CD. I do have PCOS. I still keep getting a negative test. I haven't had any cm since Oct. last few days I have noticed my nipples are very tender (never normally happens), I get heartburn like crazy now, extremely tired. nausea comes and goes. I have been more constipated more than normal. I need advice what to do. HELP!!! TIA.
