Back sleepers... have you tried a pregnancy pillow?

I still have a few weeks before I need to stop sleeping on my back but I’m trying to get used to exclusively side sleeping. I’m thinking about buying a pregnancy pillow. Has anyone tried the C shaped or U shaped pillows? What worked better?

Following, I'm a tummy sleeper and have had to build pillow walls around me but still toss all night.

As a stomach sleeper, I went with the U- Shaped pillow! Its been a lifesaver!!!!

I went for the U shaped pillow and I love it!! gives me the option to sleep on either side and  since it's two sided it stops me drop rolling onto my back in the night 👍😁. only downside is it takes up a bit more space.

I need a new one.. been too cheap to buy another.. my old one got used so much its lumpy and sad.. so we tied it in a knot and my 14 month old plays on it. 😂

I bought a u shaped pillow and it's okay but the head and neck part is extremely uncomfortable. Maybe it's just the brand but I'm going to just go get a regular straight body pillow.. Maybe two

My mom just bought me a pregnancy pillow and I love it.  I usually sleep on my stomach but heard it’s best to sleep on the left side.  This pillow definitely helps.

Why do you have to stop sleeping on your back?

I always slept on my back prior to becoming pregnant and so I bought a u shaped pillow and it took a few nights to get used to but now I don’t even want to sleep on my back I prefer sleeping on my side with the pillow! Definitely worth it

I’ve always slept on my back and when trying to sleep on my side while pregnant I kept waking up on my back, which was worrying me. After lots of research I chose this one (I got it from Amazon) and it’s taken a little bit of getting used to but I really like it now and would recommend it. Happy sleeping!

This is my hubby and my body pillow 5 years ago! Mines on 3rd pregnancy and it still works so great. I love it because when you switch sides you get support without having to move the pillow. I got it from bed bath and beyond. I have a tiny bobby kidney pillow and it doesn’t even compare to this heavenly one!
