Thoughts on the name Josephine?

Question

My husband has liked this since day one but I don't. I keep thinking about it because he hasn't really given any input but with this and another. Everyone I ask says no. He likes it cause his dad was going to name his youngest brother that until they found out he was a boy. I just keep thinking about it for some reason and it's not in our top 5. 
-please no other name suggestions or middle name(already have a middle name)

A lot of older names like this are coming back. We’re using it as a middle name for our daughter because it’s a family name. I’m just not sure about it as a first name.

Just have other options don't rule it out and wait to name her until you see her.

The thing with Josephine is that you could have a cute nick name like Josie, which I feel falls in a similar style of names as the other ones on your list. Josephine is definitely a little more dated but I still sort of like it! That said I also like Journey :)

We have Mackenzie, journey, zoey, Presley and paisley on our list but Hubby is stuck on this one and journey
