At this stage no, my daughter would rather play with her toys than watch cartoons anyway. When she’s older the cartoon/tv time will be limited. But I don’t think cartoons in particular are bad, so long as they’re being watched by the right age group.

before two years old I think babies shouldn't get any screen time. It's prove to minimize attention span. at two years old and up limited tv can be good for education and a wind down time.
