Pregnant after BFN?

Has anyone taken a test got a BFN but still "feel" pregnant? Has anyone later got a BFP? My back and boobs are hurting like it's nobody's business and I'm tired. I have pink blood but it's only when I wipe, are these just period symptoms or could I be pregnant?
