ULTRASOUND HELP PLEASE

Hi ladies. I went in for a scan today. The doctor says I’m about six weeks. I have no LMP to go by. Since it’s following a mc. So we saw the flicker of one baby. Dr isn’t commenting on if there’s more. Probably doesn’t want to cause worry. Even though I am!!! We couldn’t hear the heart beat though. Baby is so small he barely could measure. Can anyone provide insight on this scan please?? 🙏 thanks. I’m scared I just lost twins last month.
