I had my mirena removed today, just a few months shy of 3 years since insertion. I never had a period the whole time I’ve had it just some spotting here and there. I came home and used the restroom and I’m bleeding. Could that be my period returning already? I did bleed some on Saturday, and spotted Sunday.

My husband and I do plan to start trying. How soon after your Mirena removal did you start trying?
