Ensure during pregnancy?

Ok ladies. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and haven’t gained a pound thus far. I’ve actually lost 2 pounds since getting pregnant. I feel like I eat all day long but get so full so fast. My OB looked concerned but said we will check on my weight progress and go from there in two weeks. 
My question is, has anyone used Ensure to aid in weight gain during pregnancy?

You will gain weight I wouldn’t add anything to make you gain too much in the end. I lost 13 pounds in the beginning. I finally started gaining a pound or two every now and then around 25 weeks. I’m now 39 weeks and have gained a total of 20 pounds which is a “heathy” weight gain. Don’t rush the weight gain it will come on it’s own. Gaining too much is not healthy for either of you
