How is everyone dealing with nausea??

I have pretty bad nausea. I don’t vomit but I feel like I have to all day. I’ve gotten medicine from my doc but it’s not really helping all that much??? What do you ladies do to deal with nausea???

Unisom and B6 before bed! I wake up so much easier now. Something minty when I feel it coming on helps too.

My dr suggested ginger capsules. I haven’t tried them yet but worth a shot! I also carry crackers with me everywhere lol

Unisom has been my life saver. If I donttake the full capsule each night before bed I wake up and cant get out of bed I’m so sick. I’m nauseated all day still but it’s much more under control. I’d recommend that.

Ginger tea, ginger chews and little snacks throughout the day! :)

I drank a lot of soda and sparkling water! Ate carbs through the day and then had my protein at night when tummy was more aettled.

My doctor switched my prenatal vitamins to just the bare minimum (folic acid, some vitamin b). She said most vitamins have iron and that's pretty hard on your stomach, increasing nausea. The vitamins are "vitaMed MD RediChew Rx". They're chewable (and don't taste horrible), which also helps since swallowing a pill can trigger gagging / nausea. My doctor said after the first trimester I can switch back to a full vitamin.

Also when are you taking your vitamins?? Mine made me so sick if I took them in the morning or day. I take them after I eat dinner and it’s helped a ton.

Ugh, the worst! Yesterday was a new low for me- morning sickness in the car while driving. I changed when I take my prenatals to the evening and keep altoids, crackers and ginger ale on me at all times.

Sweet tarts have been helping. Along with sprite and ginger ale.
