hearing footsteps!

Okay so ever since we moved into our new place it's like a town home so nobody is below or above us, well our bedroom is upstairs but every single night, the neighbors I guess bedroom all you hear is footsteps walking in the room alllll night long they never stop only when it's morning but that's all you hear in the middle of the night is footsteps like do these people ever sleep? lol I wonder if it's ghost or something but then again I wonder if they like work days or something so that's why their up all night idk lol 🙄
