Is this okay for newborn to sleep in?

This Graco swing converts to both a swing and a “sleeper” and is advertised for ages “up to 6mo” (or maybe it’s 12mo). Either way, the head support cushioning is not removable. Would you put your newborn in here to sleep? It would be kept next to my bed but I’m just wondering because I know they suggest a completely flat surface with nothing inside. What do you think?
