Missed miscarriage

Just wanted to wish everyone good luck with your July babies. I went today for my regular prenatal check up at 8 weeks 4 days just to find out my baby no longer has a heartbeat. I had an ultrasound done at 6 weeks 3 days and the heartbeat was there very strong. I don’t have any bleeding or cramps. My pregnancy symptoms are still there and more intense each day. I really thought everything was ok until today. Baby was measuring ok so Dr told it must has happened very recent. Just waiting now to make a decision if I should wait for it to happen on it own, or have a D&C; or take the pill. :(
