cramping

anyone been having extreme cramping with nausea and being lightheaded and fatigued ..... I have been having really bad cramps sometimes just gas sometimes idk what it is I haven't been feeling well been super cold at random times and stomach hurts like all the time feel like it's nonstop.... I was never in this much discomfort with my first also I'm pretty sure I have a uti because it burns almost every time I pee or I just haven't been drinking enough water .... idk either way I been feeling like crappie... anyone relate?
