How do you keep your newborn safe from germs at pediatrician?

I worry so much taking LO to the pediatrician during flu season. What precautions do you take to keep your baby safe?

Just leave them in their car seat. i dont go out of my way or bubble wrap haha.

Just keep them in their pram and only get them out when needed. I always carry hand sanitizer and use lots of it before I touch my little man after I’ve been out. 
But honestly you can’t stop airborne germs and you can’t bubble wrap them so try not to worry yourself to much. Germs are everywhere.

We kept my daughter in her carseat until the doctor needed to see her

Keep the baby in the seat until you get into
The room. Could even Keep a blanket over the seat or a car seat Cover if you have one. Make sure you wash your hands in the room(most rooms have sinks) and wash or sanitize your hands when leaving(in the bathroom or a sanitizer on the wall).

I've never done anything. I do the same things with her at the dr as I do at home and my daughter has never been sick and she's a year old. Babies need to be exposed to every day germs so they can build up their immune systems.

Hand wipes come in handy, and I clean her up and change her clothes as soon as we make it home.

Everywhere has germs its a fact and drs offices and hospitals have the most germs you dont have to bubble wrap your child just use common sense when it comes to people touching holding etc your child
