every morning since finding out I am pregnant I have woke at 6am without fail. and every day by midday I be literally been falling asleep at my desk at work! But last few days I am so tired but then when I go bed I can't get comfortable. my hips hurt my books hurt I need a wee or need a drink. when I eventually fall asleep I wake every 2 hours wide awake with same issues hips, needing to wee, need a drink, heartburn... any one have any ideas on any thing I can do to try and prevent waking up so many times. I be tries putting pillow between my legs to stop the sore hips but that doesn't help. any advice greatly appreciated.. this wiĺ be my first baby x
