So sick!

I’m so sick! I didn’t have any nausea with my first until 7-8 weeks. I’ve been sick since 4 weeks and now at 6 weeks I’m fucking dying! Today at work people were asking me if I needed to go home that I looked terrible and I’m all “nah just feel a bit off Yanno” 😩😩😩 how am I supposed to hide this. I’m due to get a promotion in another month and I don’t want them to know yet but I’m DYING! I have to eat a cracker every 15 minutes so not to vomit lol
