I took my ring out

I started my nuvaring 1 week ago and it has been terrible. I was always moody, I would either cry or get angry. I had a lot more anxiety and panic attack than ever. I don’t know if taking it out this soon was the best decision since I only had it in a week but I just couldn’t stand it anymore.
