Dollar store pregnancy test?

Hey! I’m really not sure what to think... I’m 12dpo and according to one app I’m due for af today and according to Ovia I’m not due for another 3 days. I took the test this morning and I feel like I see another line. What do you guys think? If possibly positive how soon would you recommend testing again?
