my boyfriend and i are having a baby girl and i chose the middle name ann bc it’s my grandmas middle name and besides her raising me and me loving her more than any human on earth, i’ve recently found out that she has stage 4 cancer and i’d like to honor her. i also feel bad bc i told my mil no to having her name as my kids middle name so i slightly feel like an asshole for wanting to use my grandmas name although my bf doesn’t have a problem with it. on the other hand, i’ve always loved the name giselle and i think it’s so pretty. and i’ve also thought of using both but i kind of feel like that’s too much. i need help people 😭
