How to deal w/ sports on ur period
I will be 15 December 13th and I play sports almost all year and my mom won't let me use tampons or a cup or anything like that. I play basketball, volleyball, rugby, and run track. Right now I'm playing rugby and it's outside and there's no locker rooms or bathrooms!!! And I'm one of those people who have really painful cramps....any advice??
