Prenatal Yoga Recommendations?
I’m 16w and a ballet dancer. I normally get a little bored by yoga but I feel like I’ve been so emotional (mainly angry, grumpy, frustrated, lazy, negative, depressed) that a yoga routine with positive affirmations might be in order. Nothing too patronizing, if you know what I mean?
