When did your hubby/partner take the baby out alone?

Just curious when your partner took the child out for the first time without you? I have always been doing the errands with my son but the daddy said today I should of took him today when he popped to a store he said I think I’m ready lol.  Just curious when your husbands started or if they have yet?

My husband hasn't been out alone with our twins but he's been home alone with them since about 3wks.

I leave him alone at home with my son at least once a week while I do groceries or get my eyebrows done or something. But I had a biopsy done at the hospital on Monday and my fiancee dropped me off and took our baby to his work to see his coworkers and then back to pick me up. He’s 10 weeks now, so I figured it was about time lol. But usually I’m the one going out with baby!

She was a few weeks old. She didn’t sleep well that night and I was exhausted in the morning so he took her for a ride to get her to sleep. They never left the car lol I think he went and got Taco Bell breakfast like 3 towns away rather than 10mins down the road in fear of her waking up when the car stopped lmfao.

My husbands home with our daughter on a weekly basis but he’s never had to take her out alone yet. Typically I run errands with her throughout the week and if we go places on weekends, we go as a family. I have no problem with him taking her places. He’s a parent just as much I am. We just haven’t run into that scenario yet.

My husband took care of baby at home since day 1, but as far as taking him out of the house I kind of have to remind him sometimes “you can come up with activities and do things by yourself”. He relies on me to do the family stuff and coordinate it all, and assumes I’ll want to be there.

My SO takes my baby anywhere. Its OUR child, he can take him anywhere alone just like I can. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My daughter is 15 months old and my husband has never taken her out without me ... Just the way it is

My husband took her in the grocery store without me - she was asleep so he dropped me off to get my hair cut and she woke to my husband and his dad in the car and they went grocery shopping. She was perfect for him! She didn’t even really care that I was back lol

Except for picking him up from daycare I'd half to say he was 6 months or so. I think he was always nervous the baby would have a meltdown while he was out. On weekends we spend all our time together but he does take him here and there so I can have lunch with friends or run errands alone.
