Caffeine while pregnant?

What are your opinions on caffeine while pregnant?? I️ have been super craving a coke lately and I️ normally try to avoid caffeine all together but would it really hurt to have a mini can of soda?

People’s opinions don’t really matter with this. Doctors say 200 mg a day is safe while pregnant. That’s all that matters

200mg is safe, I had coffee during mine I just watched how much and the possible sugar content

Like another poster said, 200mg is the recommended limit and a can of coke has WAY less than that. My midwife even recommended coke or coffee when I get a migraine since I can’t take Excedrin.

It doesn’t hurt every once in a while. I have an obsession with Cherry Vanilla Coke and I have one every couple of weeks 🤷🏻‍♀️ You can have a limited amount of caffeine a day. Just don’t be excessive with it.

I drink 1 Pepsi a day. Sometimes if I'm really tired I might drink 2 but I always have 1 a day for sure
