Irregular cycle and spotting this month:

So I usually have a super regular cycle every 28 days like clockwork the last few months until this cycle I was almost 4 days late! Came super heavy in the beginning and then slowed down, usually they only last four days so it should be gone by now but I am still going light or have spotting I'm not sure 🤔 any thoughts on how this will effect my ovulation and ttc this next cycle !

I could have been late due to stress but I'm hoping it doesn't effect my chances this next month I want this sooo bad!
