Pre pregnancy weight
Just curious! Also how is your body different? I just reached my pre pregnancy weight at 6 month pp. I go for walks but overall I am much less physically active. I attribute it to breast feeding cause I also eat a ton so Idk how it happened. BUT my body is flabbier, losing muscle definitely helped me lose weight on the scale, butt is flatter, boobs are saggy😩 but still nice to know I can fit in my old pants. I feel lucky that way.
If any cares to compare-
Waist- 1 inch bigger than pre preg
Hips- 1 inch smaller. I think due to loss of muscle in my butt
Thigh- 1/2 inch smaller for the same reason
Would love to hear anyone else's stats if you kept track of them!
