bullying at work HELP

Since saying I was pregnant something just wasn't right at work, suddenly I was pushed to one side. I came in one day and had been moved to the Corner desk out the way, no longer was I included in any emails regarding my clients and suddenly a temp was bought in to 'get trained ready to cover my maternity leave' 
2 months on - my director now only ever speaks to the temp regarding work which also involves me. I'm told to do the silliest of jobs. I'm not included in any important information!! 
At the beginning of my pregnancy I became sick so needed time off, however I am now fine but my work are only paying me half commission saying the temp is having the other half, is this legal? 
Things become worse and sly comments were being made and emails were flying between the temp and director about me leaving and how quicker I was gone the better so he could have my commission. 
My senior consultant became very aware of how I was being treated and decided to speak
To my director in confidence and explain that she feels what is being done is awful and that the temp cannot continue to over power me and they needed to be more thoughtful. HOWEVER my director then told the temp about the conversation that was had ?! 
Today I finally lost it along with my 2 colleagues as our director continually makes us  out to be stupid and incapable of our jobs EVEN TO OUR CLIENTS! So when both the director and temp was out we looked on there work emails to see if anything had been said! 
We then came across emails between my director and managing director stating things such as 'things will be better when she's gone'
'Is there any way we can insist she goes on leave early' and all sorts of other nasty stuff, I printed all emails for my own records.
However also there was an incident last week when the temp discriminated against a man saying we are only employing ladies at the moment' I obviously told him that this is illegal and cannot happen and that discrimination can carry up to a 10k fine!! Only for the 2 directors to say that it cannot be proved so doesn't matter and that we are to only Employ women as the client wants!! I am not and will not do this and this is also where problems have started and they are being pretty nasty about me saying we cannot discriminate!! 
Sorry for making it so long! 
Basically, can I take this further even though we went on there computer ?
