Don’t know about food but I took vitex and maca this month as I wasn’t ovulating. Husband also took the maca. Just got a BFP today  and ovulated within 4 days of starting so I think it worked!

I drank Pom juice everyday and cut a whole pineapple (including the core) into 5 portions and ate 1 portion a day after I ovulated. Those are the only "foods" I've heard of so far! Hopefully I'll get other good ideas now!!

You need Foods with lots of omega 3! Like avocados, chia seeds, salmon etc. 
You also need Foods with zinc & so does hubby. Pumpkin seeds
And you need folic acid: dark leafy greens etc. 
Eat lots of veggies & fruits & healthy fats, and no processed junk food!
