I get heavy periods and really bad cramps. if I don't take anything for them then they can last up to 16hrs. last night I took some ibeprophen for cramps and that didn't seem to work. When I woke this morning instantly I felt bad cramps. I took some more ibeprophen but that didn't work so during math class I asked my teacher if I could use the heat pad in the nurse office. The heating pad didn't help to much either .When I got home from school I took a warm bath and that didn't help much either. Does anyone else know what I could do? *im on day 2 of my period which is usually the heavier day and im 13*
