How many women out there had their period while pregnant I’m curious to know. And yes it is possible to get your period while pregnant I’ve read a lot of stories I’m just curious to know who it has happened to recently.

No, it is not possible to have a PERIOD while pregnant. Spotting, yes. Bleeding that resembles a period, yes. An actual period? NO. I’m really tired of this coming up constantly and people arguing about it. You do not ovulate while pregnant. If you did, you’d be winding up pregnant with more than one baby of a different gestation. During a period you shed the uterine lining. During pregnancy, the fertilized egg attaches itself to that same lining. So, no. It’s NOT POSSIBLE.

You cannot get your period while pregnant. You can have bleeding while pregnant, which can resemble a period - but it is not a period. 
Your period is the shedding of your uterine lining. A fetus needs this lining to survive. If you are pregnant and get your period (uterine lining sheds) then you would no longer be pregnant.

It resembles a period but isn’t actually a period. A period sheds the lining. But yes it’s very possible to have bleeding that exactly resembles a period. I had bleeding at 28 weeks that looked like the first day of a normal period. Doctors still don’t know what caused it but I was given the steroids for baby because I was also having minor contractions at random times which I know are Braxton’s but mixed with my already thinned cervix they didn’t want to take the chances and neither did I. I’m now 31 weeks and contractions have come back. All Braxton’s but damn they suck.
