Losing our baby

After receiving our BFP on Halloween and going in for our 1st u/s 11/22 we found out that baby was only measuring 6w4d with no heartbeat instead of 8w2d.

I returned for a follow up u/s today 11/29 a full week later and baby did not progress. I start misoprostol tomorrow and am absolutely terrified that I can't do this! 😢 I also just want to wish everyone else in this group a healthy and happy 9 months! 🙏
