Nausea but no vomiting?

With my first baby I was severely sick, vomiting all the time. With this baby I've been nauseous constantly (7 weeks) but haven't vomited! It's driving me nuts cause I want to. I feel so close but then I just gag in the toilet! 
Anyone have this? Why aren't I throwing up? 😩

I had severe morning sickness (like fainting and blacking out) I’m now 39 weeks and 4 days and haven’t vomited at all this whole pregnancy. Unless you count the severe indigestion burps that bring up a little bit of puke lol

I felt nauseas my first trimester but never threw up , I thought it was better then actually vomiting

Ugh I wish! I've had constant nausea and vomiting before I even got a bfp. I am 19 weeks now and continue to deal with that issue. I HATE throwing up, I wish I would just gag and feel sick.
