Depression

So I've been depressed for a yr now. My son is a yr old and when I Gave birth he took any joy I had with him. I have NO ONE to watch him so I can see a psychiatrist. Would it be crazy if I took him with me to my appts? If I dont I may never get help. Every day I fight the idea that I dont want to be here anymore.
