This is my second cycle ttc baby #2. My first baby turns one 1 in December and I’ve had my period back since about 10 1/2 months pp. Last cycle I didn’t ovulate until CD24, which is late for me. I used to ovulate CD17-19 when ttc #1. This cycle I started opks on CD10 just to be sure, and they were getting darker a little until yesterday, now they seem to be getting lighter, although they are still close in color. I thought maybe I was going to ovulate at a more normal type this cycle but now I’m not sure what happened. Did I miss my surge? They never got very close to positive. Will they get dark again and it was just a fluke? I’m going to keep testing and we’ve been having sex regardless but it’s frustrating to relearn your cycles.

CD12 (yesterday) was the darkest second line I had. The second picture is CD12 and today. All opks were taken at 1pm with a 4 hour hold. I was also testing at 7pm and the 7pm test yesterday (CD12) was also lighter. Last cycle I ovulated late but got a clear positive. I am temping this cycle but I’m not really trusting the temperatures too much because I still wake up frequently at night with my 11mo and rarely get a 3 hour stretch, although all temps are taken at the same time.
