36 Weeks + 2 FTM have i dropped?

Im a FTM im 18 so i reallt dont know much. But lately ive been feeling alot of pressure in my vaginal area and my inner thighs to the point its hard for me to get up from bed.. my doctor wont check to see if i have dialted or if baby is head down until 38 weeks.. but i think i might have dropped not to sure how it goes?? So can you guys help theres a picture below. The first 2 were the same day & the last pic was yesterday?? Or can i be dialting already?? Im still Sexually active w.my boyfriend & been having little cramps more like braxton hicks?
