Black dots on nipple when I squeeze it the black stuff would come out what is it ?!?!

This happens to me too!!! When I pop them they don’t look like blackheads al I just assume it’s because my partner sucks them a bit hard sometimes and are like little blood blisters? I dunno hay haha

I have them on my boobs too i try not to pop them but they are not very pretty. I clean my boobs everyday and i still get them. If anyone knows how to get rid of them i need to know too.
