please help 😭

i have a family history of unbearable cramps. im 16. my grandma went through it, my mother goes through it, along with my 2 sisters and i. my 13 yr old sister was even prescribed birth control to help hers because she was missing so much school. at this point i’m tired of it. i need all the cramp help i can get. medicine doesnt work, we were prescribed naproxen, DOES NOT WORK... also, when im on my period my legs hurt A LOT. i can barely lay down comfortably , i sleep with a pillow between them. i need help with that too😩
