Why does my period blood look like poop?

Usually after I change my pad, the blood is red. Sometimes there’s a little brown but it’s mostly red. This time, after being a week late, it came out brown! After I wiped, then it came out an orangy-red. There are so few clots. I’ve seen like 3 clots. What is this?

I’ve had the same thing with nearly every period. It’s just old blood. It’s nothing to worry about. The clots are tiny so that’s nothing to be concerned about as well.

I am old to this discussion but my periods have been abnormal and sparse for like 4 years now I'd maybe get a period 4 times a year. I haven't had my period the past 2 months so Today I am at work and I took a poop and everything went fine I didn't see anything. About an hour later I go to the bathroom and gas came out and pee, then I go to wipe and from my vagina came like a hardened quarter dollar sized almost  like a roundish clump of dried brown dirt looking stuff. Almost like when you go out and walk in a park the day after it rains and mud forms on your boot and you forget to clean it off and so the following day brown dirt clumps develop- it looked like that. Then I went to wipe my front again like wth is this? And like a tad more little flaky pieces came out with a slight tinge of discharge brown with some of the dried dirt clumps. For a minute I was thinking what the heck????? There's no way this is poop from earlier because I know how to wipe myself............... and the fact more came out onto the toilet paper from wiping the front I know it had to be from my vagina and not from the back. However because I wiped backwards all the dried pieces came up onto my butt. It was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced in my life and it makes me wonder if it's a clue to something that might be happening to me health wise. Has anyone else ever had this experience of like dried dirt clumpy stuff coming out of your vagina??????

I get dark red with clots and light period at the beginning and end of my period. 
And I also get brown discharge for 2 days at the end of my period too. That’s totally normal. Normal as always as a girl like you.
