Before I started my birth control pills when I would get aroused it would feel really good like a really warm/hot sensation from my stomach to my groin, now after starting the pill it has rapidly turned into a feeling more like a faint ache only from my groin.

This may not seem like a big deal to anybody else but going from something that was so noticeable and amazing to something to flat and unnoticeable has made me really frustrated. When I first got aroused after the stupid pills took effect I thought I wasn’t even turned on it was such a big difference.

I had feared something like this would happen before starting the pill because I had heard horror stories about the possible effects on the libido.

I still get turned on yes, and I enjoy sex.

I just can’t help but remember how much better it used to feel to be turned on.

I have been considering going off the pill and maybe starting something different or sticking to condoms.

Is there any advise, I’m really getting upset over this and I would like some help please
