Thoughts on marrying a narcissist?

Question

When I started dating my bf he was amazing and then when I fell for him he started dictating my life and criticising me. 
Telling me not to drink not to go out not to look at guys not to laugh in certain because it makes me look ugly !!! Wtf haha
Started telling me not to cut my hair do my nails certain way. Blah blah. 
He asked me marry me in 4 months then at 6 months then at 8 months and then at 1 year he married some else. Just after a month breakup he marries. Omg I still can’t believe I loved someone like him more then anything!!! 
Did I dodge a bullet ? I have days I miss him 🤮🤮🤮🤮

You dodged a bullet. It sounds like he wants someone to control, rather than someone to love. And that is abuse.
While I understand making some decisions together as a couple, your partner shouldn’t dictate everything you do or scrutinize your every move.
It’s okay to miss him. just remember that you are better off, and you will find someone who treats you the way you deserve.

Yes I’d say you dodged a bullet. You should be with someone who doesn’t want or need to put you down. It’s okay to miss him, I miss my ex too (broke up two months ago) but in the grand scheme of things, I think it’s better to have some pain now instead of the pain that comes with the things they do/say that hurt us. It’ll be okay, you deserve so much better than that.
