Pooh and vomit feeling at once
Ladies , I’m 13 weeks and a few days and still vomiting . Not so much morning sickness now but actually regurgitating my food and even water .
But when I pooh I also gag because I feel like I also need to vomit simultaneously .
Is this happening to anyone else .
I really just want to over this period
