I'll be 10 weeks next week... this is my 3rd pregnancy.

1st was an abortion, super forced 💔😔

2nd carrier full term born healthy she just turned ONE november 15th, 2017

This is my 3rd pregnancy im almost 10 weeks.

My stomach is huge and hard and round... im so confused how is it this big and round and hard, not even squishy i dont think this is bloat...

My family has twins and so does mt husbands.. but when they checked there was only one baby, but I got an ultrasound when I was 5 weeks . Is it possible maybe they missed anything ?

Why am I so huge... like im concerned and confusing and stomach is hurting like pain is running through my whole stomach.
