Femara & trigger shot?!

Alright today the doctor decided we’re going to go ahead & try Femara and the shot. Any negatives & or positives? Your experience??

I just had round 6 of femara but 3rd trigger... Don't get your hopes up for the first few cycles ... it took them a while to make me ovulate
