What is this??(TMI)

I’m on my normal period am I just finished my 2nd pack of pills.. I’m on day 3 an my bleeding has been heavier than usual An a lot more clots. I ran a bath An had to rerun it because of clots being in water :( well I saw this floating in the water, what the hell is this??!!
