I use pads because they’re convenient, and tampons because they’re comfortable. Pads are gross and stick to you and make you constantly worry about bleeding through, but tampons are a hassle if there’s not a sink nearby or sufficient time to insert one properly. So a mix of both!

Menstrual cups are the best thing that has ever happened to me

Tampons are easy, pads are awkward, can smell, if you have a heavy flow then unsanitary, and sometimes you can see there outlines through pants. Plus I always wear thongs
