Anyone else???

So I haven’t gotten my period since September and am currently TTC. Have had tons of negative pregnancy tests 😢😢. I finally went to see my doctor yesterday and she had me so yet another pregnancy test and it was negative 😢. So, she made me do blood work to check my hormone levels and said that if everything comes back normal I’ll have to get a ultrasound of on my pelvic area to see what’s going on. Has this happened to anyone else??! Can someone please help, I don’t understand what’s wrong with me 😞😞.
