I have been cramping for 4 days. Af should have been here yesterday or today. 3 days ago I had one tiny bit of pink spotting when I went to the bathroom. Then nothing. Then yesterday some brown spotting when I went to the bathroom... so I took a test today. And negative... little back story, I take letrozole to ovulate because I have pcos and my cycles are like 36 days. We have been trying for almost 2 years. And this was our 5th successful for ovulation round of meds and nothing 😞
